FIRST Numerics Ltd offers a variety of consultancy services aimed to meet the broadest range

of mathematical/computational analyses in bioengineering tailored to the medical device

industry /car manufacturers and other industries and research sectors where simulating the

mechanical behaviour of biological tissues is of relevance.

We have the ability to develop software coding for specialised applications in biomechanical

and biomedical engineering which are not available in standard commercial Finite Element (FE)

and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) codes. This facility is of particular interest to
