GaitMat II |
|
|
GaitMat II is a system for measuring the spatial and temporal parameters of gait. It consists of a walkway with pressure sensitive switches embedded in its surface. The system records and displays footfalls as the subject walks. Sampling interval is 5 msec or less. Gait parameters calculated include step length, stride length, support base, step time, swing time, stance time, single support time, double support time, and average velocity. Results can be automatically stored in GaitMat II's flexible database using an Excel or Access structure. |
