Noraxon U.S.A., Inc. manufactures and distributes surface electromyography systems with internationally patented amplifier technology. Noraxon products have been used for over ten years by researchers around the world.

Noraxon offers the following systems:

• Telemyo: Telemetered sEMG system records from as far as 300 yards.
• MyoSystem 1400: Fixed cable sEMG system with four or eight channels that can be stacked to achieve 12 to 16 channels.
• MyoTrace: Lightweight and portable two channel sEMG unit.
• MyoTrace Plus: A dual purpose two channel sEMG system designed for use both with or without computer interface.

The integral component of all Noraxon products is the patented amplifier technology that eliminates virtually all noise and artifact without using notch filters or on-site pre-amplifiers.

Noraxon supplies electronic goniometers, foot-switches, BNC boards and communicates directly with other manufacturers to assist users in interfacing Noraxon systems with other analog devices.

Systems can be purchased with or without software. For research applications Noraxon offers MyoResearch software package with features such as spectral analysis, time / amplitude normalization, cross-file analysis, report generation and a module designed specifically for gait analysis. Users can create normalized databases and export ASCII files.
