The registration fees for the symposium will be 350 U.S. dollars for full delegates, 250 U.S. dollars for students and 130 U.S. dollars for accompanying persons. Registration includes meeting attendance, opening reception, coffee breaks, lunches, the symposium banquet, and bag with proceedings and related documents. The accompanying person fee includes opening reception, lunches and banquet.

The deadline for early registration is May 15, 2013. After May 15, 2013, the registration fees will increase to 400 U.S. dollars for full delegates, and 300 U.S. dollars for students.
